Digitizing and Artwork

These guidelines will give you a general idea on how artwork should be submitted.  We will work with you throughout this process...  Please call, fax or email with any questions you may have.

General file information:
Send files to as attachments.  Do not zip files unless you are using software compatible with Winzip.

Use PC format.  For disks: Use PC formatted 3.5" (1.44MB) or Zip (100MB) disks only

Save vector images as .eps files.  Use 1-bit black and white WMF format.  (Corel Draw versions 8.0 or lower as an alternative.)

Include color .bmp or .jpg of artwork

Screen printing:
Fax or mail artwork
Specify colors
Black and white camera ready art

Embroidery:
Send files to as attachments.  Do not zip files unless you are using software compatible with Winzip

Include color .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .pcx, or .tif of artwork.  Please use a minimum of 200dpi for clarity

Specify colors - we will match PMS colors to the closest available thread colors

Bold serif-sans fonts recommended for type smaller than 8 points

No type should be less than 5mm high at final embroidered size

General imprint sizes for shirts / sweatshirts:
Full front / back (Adult M - 3X):  Approximately 12.5" wide / max 17" high
Full front / back (Youth M - Adult S):  Approximately 10" wide / max 17" high
Left chest:  Approximately 3.5" wide
Upper back:  Approximately 6" wide / 4" high
Sleeves:  Approximately 4" wide / 6" long
